While bags are indeed being made and machine embroidery is frequently employed, they serve mainly as means to bring into the world the beauty and presence of the Divine realities professed by the Catholic Christian faith.

A: Generally no, as embroidery service does not fall within the scope of this business at this time.

A: Yes, in fact most of the time customers do not make purchases through the on-line shop but prefer personal contact. Variations of an existing product can be done and are often requested . While limitations can apply, variations can include fabric choices; different color schemes in embroidery design; additional or different type of pockets; personalized touches; size; strap length/thickness, etc … Please feel free to reach out to me with inquiries.

Q: Aside from the embroidery designs shown in the on-line store, do you have other designs to choose from?

A: Yes, I have a library of embroidery designs much greater than shown in the products listed. Communications can be made with customers on an individual basis. Please keep watch over time for more samples as they are made.

A: I do execute a variety of decorative designs that are beautiful or meaningful to the customer, in so far as they are not objectionable. Further, customer agrees that in keeping with the business’ evangelical mission and purpose, every item will carry at least a discreet Christian or Marian symbol.

Q: Are things embellished with heat transfer vinyl (HTV) as good as embroideries?

A: Embroidery is generally considered a high-end application on fabrics, requiring more advanced equipment and more time consuming to produce, therefore more expensive. HTV applications render a different effect and are offered as a more economical alternative, yet is also attractive in a different way.

Q: How do I request a custom order for something that is not in the online store?

A: The best way is to email me with a snapshot from the Gallery and description of your request, or meet me in person (if you are local), and further communications will go from there. Please keep in mind that if the request is for a completely new and different product, charges will incur for the design process and product testing, in addition to the final product. Certain requests may not be possible. Work will start once advance payment is received.

Q: How are custom-made items priced"?

A: The pricings shown for items in the store or galleries are approximate for the style and features described, taking into account material cost, complexity in construction/embroidery work, time requirement, etc., balanced with the evangelical aim above all.

A: I do make non-embroidered products upon request, although in keeping with my mission and purpose all of my creations will carry in the least a discreet Christian or Marian symbol.
